Childrens medical office
36 High St, North Andover, MA 01845
Children’s Medical Office was renting space from the practice’s founder in a converted house with patient exam rooms and treatment space spread across three floors that were not ADA accessible. They had staff working in the basement and were bursting at the seams. They were in dire need of more space and were facing an expiring lease, so time was of the essence.
We met at their office to discuss the practice and review their needs. A thorough search of the market for options to lease and purchase was conducted. The partners saw multiple properties across multiple tours. They received proposals on three properties of interest, and we helped them compare the financial outlook over ten years. We received input from their CPA, architect, and contractor along the way, so they deeply understood the pros and cons of each.
Children’s Medical Office decided on a 7,952 SF office/retail space at a beautifully converted mill building in North Andover. They leveraged the building’s exposed bricks and beams to create a one-of-a-kind feel that generated excitement within their patient base and led to an increase in new referrals.

Stefan was instrumental in guiding us through our office expansion and relocation. He showed us numerous properties and helped us compare all our top choices. His expertise and understanding of our practice needs were invaluable and gave us confidence throughout the process. I could not imagine going through this without him.
